Definitely ham! I love ham sandwiches, ham,egg, & cheese on english muffin for breakfast, and just ham all by itself! Yummy!

OMG so hard to decide because i love them ALL so much!

BLT's and turkey bacon sandwiches

and scrambled eggs with ham and cheese

and pancakes with sausgae

All have their place in my kitchen.

For a simple sandwich...nothing adds the finishing touch like a coupla strips of bacon.

Also..torn up and sprinkled on potatoes..it is wonderful.  Same with Burgers.

Ham on the other hand...well... Ham (or Canadian bacon) is a breakfast staple, and a mandatory thing to enjoy Eggs Benedict.  And for dinner?  few things top one of my Honey Rum Spiral Cut Hams.

As for Sausage... What is a breakfast burrito with out Chorizo (Mexican Sausage).  Or Cajun food without Andouille?

So...for me..I can't rate one over the other.

bacon! it goes with everything. even salad!!! burgers, steaks, under the chicken skin. with veggies on a sandwich, with turkey on a sandwich, as a side with eggs, as a compliment to hash browns. bit, crumbles, slices galore. i stuff jalapenos with cream cheese and wrap them in bacon. i sprinkle bits on my mashed potatoes.

never was there a more versatile food!!!

I buy a big half bone in ham, you can do a lot with it right down to the bone for beans, its the best deal for your money
