Baconator???

ok i know this sounds fat but has anyone tried the baconator from wendys i keep seeing it on TV it looks kinda good.

I tried it last Friday (without the Jalapenos) and it was okay.  It had A LOT of bacon on it.  I am a SUCKER for advertising!

I still prefer the basic Wendy's double with cheese.

have seen (and tasted) the future of heart attacks in the middle of a fast food restaurants, and its name is The Baconator. 3 pieces of meat, an entire pig's belly worth of bacon, cheese, ketchup, mayo, and some other ****... this sandwich contains over 1,000 calories (more than half the daily recommended amount of the average adult... but who's average?), and a dangerously high percentage of fat, saturated fat, and trans fat that could possibly make you not want to consume it if you knew the actual numbers.

on the other hand, the Baconator does taste good. since your splurging on your calorie intake, might as well get the meal, Biggie- sized. it'll cost ya around $8. personally, id rather grab a Jr. bacon cheeseburger if I'm in a swine- eating mood. mind you, you'll need to run about 5-10 miles the following day to work off the bad calories (aka FAT) you ate. bon apetit!!

Absolutely delicious, but horrible for you. (840 calories, 51 grams of fat)  But if you're craving fast food that isn't much of an issue, is it?

Its been a couple months since I had one, I had to look up what's on it...

"Six strips of hickory smoked bacon piled high atop two 1/4 lb. patties of fresh, never frozen, beef. Complete with two slices of American cheese, mayo and ketchup for a mountain of mouth-watering taste."

I recommend it comboed with medium fries and an icy cold Coke.  Plus small chili (to dip the fries in) and a small chocolate frosty (because vanilla is the Devil's frosty).  That comes to 2000 calories even.  Wow.  I feel fat now.

Very good, and yes...very fattening.

2 beef patties, 6 slices of bacon, 2 slices of cheese, plus all the condiments, mayo, pickles, mustard, lettuce, etc.

The bacon tastes weird - it's kind of rubbery, chewy, yet crispy at the edges.
