  1. work it up there, use a Q tip

  2. Most vaginal creams/gels come with an applicator.  You fill it with the medication, and squirt it up there.

Some might leak out.  Use a panty liner.

  3. use your brain lady... how can you take a pill when you have vaginal infection... of course you use some sort of gel or cream to cure it..

  4. The gel should have an applicator. Once you open the gel tube take the applicator it should be somewhat like a s***w and be able to s***w on the tube. Once attached squeeze the gel tube and you should see the plunger move back and the applicator become full of gel. Now you are ready to insert the applicator intravaginally, you can lay on your back to do this, and push the plunger inward and the medication will go in. I usually recommend patients get pantyliners as the medication can seep out. I

  5. You probably have a yeast infection.  Yeast is a common bacteria that has taken up residence inside your body.  It thrives in a warm, moist environment, and reproduces very quickly.

You must kill the yeast or endure great discomfort, itching & burning.  It can also spread to your mouth & nose, or to other people by direct physical contact.

The gel medicine is a topical anti-bacterial agent that will kill the yeast.  Use it as directed.  Start immediately.
