  1. actually bacteria dont have chromosomes.......they have simple circular dna,that is different from complex stucture of chromosome....

    hwever.the ans of ur ques  may be b)plasma membrane....i m nt sure about it. but bacteria do nt have ER,nuclear membrane  ...and cell wall must nt be the ans....

Bacteria contain a singular circular chromosome.  During replication it will attach to the plasma membrane and produce an identical copy from one replication fork.  As the cell divides the chromosomes will be pulled into the new cells one in each.  They also contain small circles of DNA called plasmids which are transferred from one bacterium to another via small passage ways called pilli.

  3. Bacteria do not have nuclei or ER.  The plasma membrane is internal to the cell wall, so the best answer is B - although I don't think the chromosome is always attached in all bacteria.
