Bacterial infection on fish!?

My fish have red streaks on its scales, fins and tail! its kinda weak, but still eating little by little. I transferred it to another aquarium, so its alone. I placed baktopur sera and angel drops vitamins, will that be okay?

I would opt for a "real" medication rather than Baktopur...  It will work, but it won't be nearly as effective as something tetracycline, minocycline, nitrofurazone, or kanamycin based...  Keep the water clean and watch for improvement (be sure to remove the activated carbon)-- if you don't see any within a few days, I'd start a new treatment of a different medication.
