Bad, blocky quality when recording in Sims 2?

Question

I am making a video using Sims 2 and editing it using Microsoft Movie Maker. I recorded a scene in my game, then loaded it onto Movie Maker, but the quality was really bad. I have tried to raise the quality bar to High in the Camera Settings, but then when I try and record, it tells me I need to put the bar back to Low Quality before I can record. Help?

whats your graphics card & graphics card memory, check

The reason that you have to have low quality is probably because your computer can't run the game on high quality.
