Question:

Bad A-Level results?

I just got my results but I'm confused because there are several units that I feel I should have done better in. In one of the units (coursework) I have no marks at all but I handed the coursework in. Also in another unit, that I found very easy, I have just scraped and E.

Can somebody tell me what it means when you are awarded a 0 for a unit. I don't believe that I did not a get a single mark for my coursework. Also what could i do about my results?

  1. kick up a fuss and get them remarked!! someone prehaps your teacher has let you down badly demand to know what happened your coursework that is a disgrace!!

  2. That does seem odd, you should get at least a few marks. Your teacher wouldn't have let you submit it as it was if it was really worth 0. Speak to your school/college about it, I'm sure there will be someone there to help you.

You can probably get it remarked, although I think that might cost you about £10 or something. But I should definitely contact your college because that doesn't seem right!
