Bad Head on Eagle Talon Tsi Is This Worth The Money To Buy?

I am looking for a Eagle talon tsi. I found this one with everything i want done on it for $2500 USD But the head is shot. Do you think i should get it?

I would say go for it. Rebuild the head if necessary, or replace it. If you are planning on modifying the car, maybe you could just start with an aftermarket head package. However, make sure that is all that is needed...if the "head problem" is that the valve heads came off, you could need a bottom end rebuild as well...not a huge issue IMO since you are tearing the motor down anyways, but make sure you are getting everything done that needs doing.

However, if the head and/or motor are completely screwed, just go junkyard hunting. I am sure you can find a 4g63 (TSi motor if i recall correctly) for a decent price if you look around.
