  1. I've had back problems that have become worse with each pregnancy, I had a lot of help from my Physiotherapist.  Have you had a referral? You should find out what's causing the pain.  After my last pregnancy I went to see a chiropractor who straightened my spine, which helped immensely.  There are chiropractors who'll help with back problems during pregnancy.  What help you get all depends on what's causing the back pain, a good chiropractor won't do anything without knowing your medical history.

  2. i would make an appointment with your doctor and discuss all your questions and concerns just to be safe. if your back is that bad...will ou be able to handle being pregnant (that alone is alot of back strain!).
