Question:

Bad back pains from my bed?

Ive been noticing my bed is getting really uncomfortable for me and Ive been having some bad back pains. I dont have the money for a doctor either, help? :(

  1. Get a new mattress, if you can't afford a new mattress then try and make your current one comfortable.  Maybe try putting a sheet of plywood between the mattress & box spring (for support), a foam mattress pad or down mattress topper (for softness) and maybe some Motrin (for your back).

  2. Oye, same here! I actually bought a few sleeping bags and placed a few pillows underneath them to have a really cushy surface and I just slept on the floor. I used to get horrible back pains where I had to take 800mg of IBU =(. If that doesn't work then I'd suggest a doctor. Good Luck!
