  1. if i were you i would go to the doctor

  2. Regular Listerine mouth wash helps. If you can get seasame Oil, take a mouthful and gargle. This is due to growing germs in teeth.

  3. eat well! your bad breath is coming from your intestines, so what you eat, ( if it has a strong smell) will be in your breath!

also, not eating and not eating enough will make your breath awful.

use listerene, tic tacs, and the starbucks mints. use the listerene twice a day, and keep the tic tacs and mints in your pocket or bag. and, of course, brush for three minutes three times a day, brushing your tounge as well.

    (only use mint tic tacs)

  4. Brush at LEAST twice a day, and be sure that your including your gums and tongue. They actually have a "tongue scraper" that you can buy to brush your tongue if you'd prefer. Floss and use mouthwash. If that doesn't start to help, consult a dentist to make sure you don't have a rotted tooth or gum disease.

  5. Brush. rinse, floss, and use mouth wash.  Pay close attention to the foods you eat.  Stay away from garlic and other strong odor items, make sure you brush your tongue as well. Most people do it twice a day, but if you have bad breath it should be three times a day.

  6. Deanna & Pooty have good ideas but it could also be due to an infection in your gums. You may have a rotting tooth or two.(that was my issue) If brushing, flossing, eating well & mouth wash don't do the job, I suggest going to a dentist to give your teeth and gums a full check up. Good luck!!

  7. you must know that there are many causes of bad breath such as dirty mouth, lack of oral hygiene, dry mouth, sinusitis, cavities, gum disease, smoking, medications, eating a garlicky meal and stomach related illness. to get a good remedy try to seek the help of a dentist. bad breath treatments depends on the cause of it.

but make sure that you never leave oral hygiene habits unattended for this is a good solution for bad breath. keeping the mouth hydrated by drinking adequate amount of water can keep bad bacteria in the mouth at minimum. brush and floss teeth very after meal to remove plaque that can rot between teeth causing foul odor in the mouth. visit your dentists to check for cavities and gum disease for they accompany bad breath.
