Bad charging, broken batery, or the end of the mp3...

i have a MPMan CS150. I put it to charge , and it's not working any more, i belive that the batery or something in it, it's the probleme. I hear something when i put it to charge. i can find any repair tips. Can you help me pls? it's a gift. Tnx.
