Bad cramps please help!!?

help i have bad cramps and i am taking midol and have heating pad any thing else i can do??

  1. I know everyone says no, but I am alive to prove it's okay, lol, try ibuprofen.  Motrin (ibuprofen) was prescribed for menstrual cramps before it went OTC.  It works.
