I have been diagnosed with migraines for 3 years and just recently i have been getting really horrible migraines that last for hours after these migraines my head aches horribly, especially when i move around it last for 3-4 days and also this might have something to do with it I get extremely shaky (not jittery shaky) especially when i do anything strenuous It might have something to do with my nerves but if you know what either of these are caused by or if there linked please give me a specific link to a place that might help me or just tell me yourself.

And please don't tell me to go see a doctor that cost allot of money I don't want to or need to spend.

  1. Your migraines have simply become worse over the three years. You should be on a daily medication and also relpax or the like for when one brakes through. Any one with migraines is supposed to be monitored by a doctor. You should have been seen by a neurologist for tests such as ct scans and then medicated and monitored. You should avoid caffeine and do not over do dairy. There is a specific migraine diet recommended by doctors. http://headache.emedtv.com/migraines/mig...

You may think it is money not worth spending but it is dangerous not to be monitored. You may assume it is the same old migraine and some thing else can be wrong.
