I got high and low lights but it came out really bad and it looks orange and stripey. I need to fix it quickly. I don't know if I could handle trying to dye my own hair and I want to get it back as close as possible to its original color. Please help!!!

  1. If you had them done professionally you need to go back and ask for a free redo.  Don't color it yourself.  Just tell the salon manager/owner that you are not happy and they should gladly redo it for you.

  2. You need to go back to the salon and tell the manager that you are unhappy and why.  They should then offer you a free redo.  If you are uncomfortable with the same stylist, ask for a different one.  You should NOT try to correct the color yourself as it can be very tricky and you could end up with serious chemical damage in addition to unattractive color.  It is awkward sometimes to confront the situation with the stylist but you paid for it and if handled professionally, you will not only get what you want, but also help the salon and stylist with future clients.  Good Luck!
