cheerleaders/gymnasts/and tumblers.. HELP!Okay so I dont think I'm stretching right for my jumps.. My knees ALWAYS bend. My first year of cheerleading was this year and i didnt have the WORST toe touch, but i was deff the second worse. all me jumps for that matter..can you PLEASE help me? i didnt make cheerleading this year for high school because of my jumps and having no tumbling and i wanna try out next year again. PLEASE give me some tips/advice?
