Bad luck! Help me plez!?

ok I've have really bad, bad luck at first it was stuff like my slide falling off my trumpet or miss placing my mouth place now i'm spilling stuff on me and other pple. Also im tripping over midair, my luck normally is very good so yea. HELP!!

I have many days like that, everything I drop........falls.My Mother used to say that I was the only person she knew ..that could walk through a doorway, and actually hit it on both sides!!!., I was super clumsy, I did not turn out to be a swan, or a ballet dancer, but at least I manage to keep my feet going in the same direction these days...I know it is embarrassing for you, and you feel awkward, but it will get better....been there and been there....thank you (and watch where you are going).

Much of mine was not concentrating, and thinking about too many things at the same time.... try to relax
