I'm 20 years old, and have had problems with my feet at least since I was 11 or 12. I'm a bit overweight, so I know that probably hasn't helped. I did awful in gym cause I couldn't run, not for being out of shape, but because the pain in my foot was so bad (yea, the teacher never bought it) I worked as a cashier and stood on my feet for 5-8 hour shifts, and by the end of the day it was almost unbearable. I can't even have my feet rubbed, too much pressure on my heel is awful. Now I work at a desk, but if I'm standing or walking for more than 10 minutes they start to feel tight, and like they're pressing onto the ground harder than the rest of my foot. Heel cups don't work, they actually make it worse. Sometimes I get little "bumps", like when a muscle gets too tight and sticks out, on the bottom of my foot just before my heel starts.
I know I need to see a doctor, but does anyone have a quick fix? I'll be at an amusement park tomorrow, and I'd like to enjoy myself. I heard wrapping it with sports tape might help. Tylenol and everything else imaginable do absolutely nothing. Also, anyone know what this might be?
