Bad phone connection

Question

Saturday night up to now I'm experiencing static and intermittent lose of dial tone in my phones. Before this all was O.K. I checked the street conn., seems ok. This is what I have-- 1- From Bell street line ca., I have a blue wire going to right term. on term.block and a white wire going to left term. on term.block.2- I have grey ca. going to the middle term. on term.block.3- Phone lines are conn. as RD to right term., Y to middle term. and G to left term on term.block
