ok there is kind of a story but please read and help.a few days ago i had a football scrimmage and i got hid under the shoulder pad while trying to make a tackle. after i got hit my shoulder kind of hurt but i could still play. the next day my shoulder was a little worse but i could still go to practice. then the day after that, when i woke up, right when i started to move i heard a pop in my ear and my neck hurt extremely bad and i couldn't practice that day. i went to the doctors and he said i had a swollen limphnote. then when i got better and went to practince my shoulder hurt really bad again and i cant hit. is there any suggestions or ways i could strecth out my should to make the pain go down. ive been take motroin too.
