I've been having episodes of sleep paralysis for a while now and it can get rly bad. Like if I went to sleep way too late, got up in the middle of the night & was rly tired but cant fall asleep so I can kinda fall in a half kinda sleep but i'm still aware of what's goin on but can't move, etc. Or like today, I woke up at around 7am & was too tired so I drifted off but then I was still kinda conscious but couldn't move and then I'd finally get out of the episode but then I'd get tired again & go back to it & this happened like 4 times just this morning!! It's getting bad & it's scary & I dont know what to do. plz help!
