for say the last several weeks i have had horrible sleeping patterns, i have always been a night owl, and when i lived at home i used to get up round 10AM, moved out n that, still a night owl, but got up at 9-930AM, these days i dont seem to be able to get to bed before 1am and i set my alarm for 9:30, when it goes off i am still hugely tired so i o back 2 sleep untill 11AM where i have 2 force myself to get up!!! i feel like if i dont get up then i would be able to sleep for days!

this has only occured since a bad experience in my life, also i have no job (i dont want to hear about that trust me there is none going where i live - very small town, cant get to the nearest town, dont have my P's or a lift.) so i just feel like theres nothing else to do, i have hobbies n such, i spend time with my friends but they are at work most of the time.

i just need a healthier sleeping pattern!!!

i dont know what i can do to make myslef get up at a reasonable time!

also, the time i go to bed, i try n go to bed before 12, but i lay in bed for hours awake, i just cant sleep, is this in any way a case of insomnia?

  1. Try drinking milk or eating rice before going to bed, both contain melatonin, a natural sleeping aid, which help you sleep better. From http://nosleep.in

  2. I have bad sleeping problems for similar and such reason for a while and I think its also genetic.

You can try any of these things. One you can always tell a doctor and they can give you a sleeping pill or if you cant go to a doc you can take over the  counter sleeping pills. Bynadryl helps alot with my sleep. If you take like 3 of the pink ones it passes you out. Or if you want to do something more herbal try sleepy time tea(doesnt help that much) or a herbal sleeping pill and you can find those in the vitamine isle (ask the pharmacy)

diet change helps also. But if its caused by stress you might have to kill the stress in your life to relax at night.
