Question:

Bad sleeping schedule!?

I was wondering...what toll does it take on the body if for a MONTH you go to bed at 6AM and wake up at 4PM every day???? Ive been on this dumb schedule for a while now and I always wake up feeling crappy among other things.

  1. I would think it would be the same as going to bed at 6pm & waking up at 4am which means your getting 10 hours of sleep.  Shouldn't be anything wrong with.  People do it all the time that work graveyard shifts, etc.  Maybe you are sleeping too long or have a sleeping disorder like sleep apnea.
