Question:

Bad thoughts......help?

I have noticed that when I get mad I start having really bad thoughts of things I could do. I will not write them on here cause of the extent and how bad these thoughts can get. What the h**l can I do to help myself calm down? I have tried walking away, doing drugs, listening to music....nothing works. The only thing that has ever worked it taking really strong pills or getting a shot in my a**. It's getting worse. Today I had some awful ones and I am afraid I am going to act on these thought one day....possibly soon. Please no smart a** answers. I am very serious.

  2. u should go to some anger management classes.

    i have anger problems too. When i get made i start to hit stuff. the best thing that helps me is to go sit in my car and close my eyes and turn on some slow jams.

  3. honestly, i think u must talk to someone professionally, to find out why u r havin these thots and the fact u might act out on them, nothin i can say can help u must talk to someone in a professional field, its good tho that u hav recognized this and want to get help, well done and good luck.

  4. Sounds like you might need to go talk to a Psychiatrist or at the very least a counselor to help you understand why you are having these thoughts



  5. Gee, I feel very badly for you. However there is hope for this sort of problem. I can not suggest anything to you other than contact your nearest mental health clinic. There are many possible reasons as to why this is happening, but help is available. Women who have just given birth, obsessive disorder. I am not sure about this, but I don't think drugs are the answer unless professional prescribed.

    Good luck, and keep pushing until you get answers and a treatment that works for you.
