I have noticed that when I get mad I start having really bad thoughts of things I could do. I will not write them on here cause of the extent and how bad these thoughts can get. What the h**l can I do to help myself calm down? I have tried walking away, doing drugs, listening to music....nothing works. The only thing that has ever worked it taking really strong pills or getting a shot in my a**. It's getting worse. Today I had some awful ones and I am afraid I am going to act on these thought one day....possibly soon. Please no smart a** answers. I am very serious.
