I eat two eggs every morning for breakfast. I do them differently, sometimes with hot giardiniera, sometimes an omlette with veggies, sometimes hard boiled. Is it bad to eat the same thing every day like that? I am trying to lose weight, so I dont want anythign high carb, id like to focus on protein and fruit/veggies. A fried told me that my body becomes complacent with digesting the same thing all the time, and I need to change it up to jumpstart my metabolism. Is this true?
