Badminton Olympic Status?

What kind of training should i do to get to the olympics in badminton. Or table tennis

By the looks of who is winning medals in these sports being from China or somewhere close to there will help.

My guess is if you are asking this then you will have to settle with watching them on the TV like me. If you play them well then your sports club, i presume you are part of one, will recognise talent fairly easily and direct you upwards through your sporting career.

Training with top coaches too.
