that all depends. if u like a fast moving sport its volley ball. if u like a more relaxing game that doesnt take much skill..... badminton

Volleyball allows you more contact...You need to use your Lowerbody more often actually...for like shaging and stuff...

But for Badminton more of your arms are being worked out..

I personally like Volleyball more though...because you can play in a group. This way you learn more through contact and develop deeper friendships :)

Defin volleyball its great i hate Badminton all you do is hit a shutlecock       LOL   i play volleyball for school it is so good!!!!
