The http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Germany-c2904 international is eagerly anticipating the weekend clash at the Allianz Arena, and feels his side will face a stern test against the defending champions in the league game
Bayern Munich central defender Holger Badstuber is looking forward to Saturday’s Bundesliga game at home against Borussia Dortmund, and is expecting a very close affair at the Allianz Arena. He claimed that little details will
decide the fate of the high-profile match.
The centre-back is very impressed by the quality in the BVB ranks this term, but has stressed that Der FCB will do their level best to avoid making any errors and gain all three points from the match. The Borussians have displayed
superb form in the UEFA Champions League but have seemed to struggle for form in domestic league.
The young prodigy stated that the Black Yellows have a great team, but said that Die Roten are also in top form. As a result of this, he is anticipating a close contest which will be decided by a mistake from either side. He suggested
that both teams are very strong and there is not much difference in terms of quality.
"Dortmund are a fantastic team, but we’re in very good shape. It’ll be a tight, hotly contested game. The little things will decide it," he was quoted as saying in an interview.
The defender conceded that he hopes they will not commit errors and will defend as if their life depended on the clash.
"I'm certain we'll be the team making no mistakes, or fewer decisive errors. And we have to play as a tight unit, we need to come together and work together. That's the recipe for success,” he added.
"The whole thing's being heavily hyped. I'm trying to shut out all of that and focus completely on the match. That's part of our craft,” the 2010 Bundesliga winner finally concluded.
Badstuber wants his team members to work hard in order to get a win on Saturday which will increase their lead with the BVB to 14 points. He finally admitted that the game will be followed all over Germany.
