Question:

Baggage Problem?

I'm going by American Airlines and I'm planning on bringing a carry-on bag and a backpack into the plane. Is that aloud?

The carry-on is only going to have clothes in it and my backpack is going to have stuff like my cellphone charger.

I also have this travel bag which is really small, but will that be counted as a bag too if it's in my backpack?

Thank you.

  1. I have always thought that if the bag fits in the size box at the airport you can carry it on. I have carried on more than one bag before. Make sure you check with the airline first though because if you do have to check a bag American Airlines now charges $15 to check one bag. Alot of my questions have been answered here...http://www.faa.gov/passengers.

  2. If that backpack isn't too big, they'll allow you... I had my carry-on, my purse and a plastic bag, and they allowed me... just make sure you don't take with you any liquid stuff, sharpened metals like scissors, knives, etc...
