Baggage on a flight...?

im flying to mexico on friday but im confused to how much baggage i can take before i could take 2 checked items and on carry on but know i go to the website and it says thay only one checked item and a carry on but then in another part of the site it says that 2 checked items so i have no clue to wha i can take for free can anyone help me??

I think a few airlines have recently lessened the amount of free baggage passengers are allowed to bring.  To be sure I would recommend calling the airline, that way you'll have the most up to date information.

The difference is whether you are flying on a domestic flight or to another country. Within the US, you get only one free checked bag in economy class.

Since you are flying to Mexico, you can check two bags at no charge as long as they are 62 linear inches or less each and 50 pounds or less each. Linear inches means total the length plus width plus depth.
