  1. I thought she looked quite enchanting  whilst respecting her religious beliefs, better than tattoos, earrings you could tie the Queen Mary to what with Idowu and the English girl with their piercings it's a wonder they can run at all. nope for me the Bahrain girl came out tops, anyway are we not supposed to be a nation which respects others beliefs and cultures

  2. lol i saw it too it was funny at first, you have to admire her though it takes some bravery to do that, many of them are likely to be put of by sport because of how they have to dress in their religion, lets be thankful she wasn't wearing a full headscarf with just the eyes showing. she might be at an advantage with it though like the swimmers have new customes too, maybe its for aerodynamics everyone will be wearing one by london 2012

  3. Did you see the one in the Burkha.....she said Iran....

  4. If it's not affecting you or any other athletes, who cares. Religion custom requires she wear that type of attire.

  5. Mumbo jumbo or not, the garment (a hijab) gets her onto the track in a manner acceptable to her and other Muslims.

  6. I saw it too, so what go get a life. She has one

  7. She won her heat though. She even beat a Briton! I'm so fecking embarrassed!

  8. she is wearing it as part of her faith, though i honestly do not know why, but hey i am not a Muslim.

  9. Bigot much?

How is a head covering a "gimp suit'

And how do you explain away her winning the gold medal

You sound like a jealous loser

Whats the matter you have nothing in your life that you believe in or care about so you have to run down people who do
