Baked potatoe or mashed potatoes????

baked potato because i like to put butter and salt and pepper on the skin when i am done.... mMm

mashed i do more with them my favorite it to take left over mashed potatoes and mix w some parmesan cheese,sour cream and onions and roll in the panko bread crumbs and fry and dip in sour cream mixed w horseradish ..or guacamole ,salsa.

Baked absolutely! There is nothing nicer than a tater cooked and crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy inside. Yummy!

lol, sometimes i keep the skins of the potatoes in there, but thats why i dont really like baked potatoes...because of the skin
