Bakers yeast instead of brewers yeast?

My wort isnt bubbling as expected. Im going to wait a day or so, but can I use bakers yeast instead of brewers yeast? I dont have access to brewers yeast where I live.

    Depending on the type of beer you're brewing, you are going to need the right type of yeast.  It is extremely important for the "soul" of your homebrew.
