And if i do this, does it actually clean my teach or should i still brush with toothpaste?

If i should, how soon after using the peroxide and baking soda can i use toothpaste?

  1. Yes it will whiten them over time, it may take awhile depending on your age and the severity of the stains on your teeth! Using both won't hurt... Your dentist will never tell you that you brush too often. LOL if you start to feel some sensitivity I would lay off one or another for a bit.

  2. Yes the two mixed together will both whiten an clean your teeth. You can also add just a little table salt for grit it will help scrub tough spots. I was told this by a dental assistant after a visit to my dentist. I have and still do this myself and it works. I use toothpaste and mouthwash directly after-wards to get the taste out of my mouth.
