Baking muffins in jumbo muffin pan?

Question

How would I adjust the temperature & time, baking blueberry muffins in a JUMBO muffin pan? Can I just use my regular recipe or will I have to adjust ingredients as well? For "regular" (medium) muffin tin, the instructions are 20-25 minutes at 400 (F).

Use your regular recipe and keep the same temperature but increase the amount of time they cook.  Do your 25 minutes but look through the glass to see if they have a dome and look solid.  If they do, then work with the toothpick until the center is set.  You might try one or two in the muffin tin first until you are comfortable with the cooking time.  I'm surprised at your 400º - most of my muffin recipes call for 350º - Again, try a small number by your temp and if the outside browns too quickly for the inside, drop your temp to my 350º and see if that's better.
