Baking soda or powder to whiten teeth?

I think I've heard something about putting baking soda or powder on your toothbrush to whiten teeth? Is this true? Is it safe? How much do you use and is it baking soda or powder?

Yes it does work but it does taste nasty. The baking soda kills everything. On the side of the box tells you how much for whether you want toothpaste or mouthwash. =D

It's baking soda... sprinkle some on your toothpaste. It has worked wonders for me (I LOVE to drink coffee!). You should see results in a couple weeks. Best of Luck!!
