Baking soda to whiten teeth?

if you use it. how do you do it? just put it on your fingure?

and will it hurt them or have any side affects?

Ummmm - you put it on your tooth brush as you would tooth paste. and Brush....... No it will not hurt your teeth. Rinse after with mouthwash to get rid of baking soda taste.

P.S. There are toothpastes with Baking Soda already in them.

make little hot glue and aluiminum foil trays to shape your teeth, then mix a baking soda and perioxide mix pour it into the trays and put them on you teeth for 1 hour for till you go back to school... or use the faster crest white strips.
