Bakugan Cards with no HSP ratings?

I bought a bakugan starter pack today, and played a game with my little brother. Once we finished the game, I looked at the cards I won, and not a single one had an HSP rating on them. These cards were definitely Bakugan cards, but instead of grey, they were more brown. Other than that, they looked perfectly normal. Does anyone know why?

New series 2 cards don't have HSP. SpinMaster removed it from the game to make it simpler.

The new object of the game is to capture 3 of your opponent's gate cards.
