Balanced diet issues help!!!?

Ok so reading up about eating a healthy balanced diet it says you should eat fish at least twice a week but i'm allergic.

Is there anything i could do?

  1. Replace with skinless chicken or turkey breast, you don't need fish, just make sure you get enough protein. Eggs, almonds, lean meats, oils, etc.


  2. Yes, fresh water fish is great source of Omega-3 fatty acid. It is great for the heart and good for the mind. This is why people rave about fish. You can instead eat flax seeds that also are a very high source of Omega-3. Also, grass fed chicken eggs are also high source of Omega-3. However, grain fed chicken eggs are not.

    Also, fish is low in saturated fats unlike red meat. If you eat red meat every day, try to change it to white meat.
