Baleri italia chair ?

I really like the cool looking and very comfortable chair for kids at the Apple store - found out that the maker is Baleri Italia and style is Tatino. Given that these chairs cost $500+ a piece (!) is there a similar design that is available locally in the US for a third of the price or less?

This is what the chair/stool looks like (so please dont recommend exercise ball chair or bean bag >_<):

For the safety of kids, I would rather buy this Italian chair.  It should be safe and durable. It looks cool too.
