  1. Chiang Mai for sure......just the right time and weather before the onslaught of Christmas holiday makers.


  2. I would suggest Bali as Chiang Mai may get very crowded with people. While Bali also crowded but it has some place that is quiet and not so crowded so it would be perfect for your baby.
