Is it legal to breed pythons (specifically ball pythons) in Massachusetts, or will I need to get a permit?

  2. It's legal as far as I know. I've bread ball pythons a couple of times and sold the babies through craiglist. Never had any legal problems and I just told people I was a hobbyist (which is true) if they asked.
