Ball handling question (Basketball)?

if u pump a ball up to the max with air and practise ribbling with it. is it more effective then juss practising wit ha normal air sized ball for basketball

  1. you'd be better off deflating it a little to build endurance...the best dribbler's I've ever seen were effective dribbling the ball inches from the floor when they needed to...a good drill is "drum" dribbling where you hit a ball repeatedly with your fingertips and get it to first bounce then get it dribbling...do this with both hands and it WILL help...
