  1. um,no. The heat required will

melt the top. I have one myself.

Ball pythons needs need a bowl

of water, red heat light/lamp at 80 degrees

and 75% humidity to live a healthy life.

The size of what your trying to keep it

in will not stop the growth of the snake-

it really doesn't have to be a huge area

[although I keep mine in a 80 gallon,

when you only really need a 30.]

Don't worry so much on space,

ball pythons don't do much moving

besides to eat. The light and water

is a must to keep it alive.

  2. shoot it

  3. sure.  Keep it clean, keep it warm, make sure he has water, and feed him regularly.

  4. You could, provided it's a large enough tub.

As for what DIRTBAG said: Most breeders keep their snakes in plastic storage tubs with flex-watt for shelf friendly under-tub heating (flex-watt is a heat strip that can be cut to length). They are nocturnal and require no special lighting.

  5. sure y not it hold humitity also

  6. It probably wouldn't make for a very happy snake!
