Ball pythons.?

I have heard that there are some types of wood that are bad for a ball python(royal python) to have in the cage can I please have a list of these woods?

cypress mulch is what i use for my ball pythons...it holds humidity better than aspen...aspen doesnt hold humidity at all.

Both pine and cedar shavings are toxic for all animals.

Aspen is safest wood known. You can get aspen shavings from pet stores.

Cedar bedding is bad. Aspen, potting soil, newspaper, cypress are good. Aspen is best though. Never use cedar. Ever.
