Ballet arches...help please?

I am a ballet student and I work my feet very hard...sometimes I work them so hard that the next day i cant walk(because of the pain)... My left foot is flexible but the right one is like stuck...I feel like it must crack to become flexible... please help me

  1. opposite for me. Both my feet have freakishly big, but weak arches. But in pointe shoes, my left foot doesnt point as hard as my right foot.

    I always break my left pointe shoe in a little more than my right pointe shoe before i dance. That usually evens it out.


  2. just keep bending it. ya know, point it and push. try to bend it in half. But dont! do that for minutes each day and you should notice a difference

  3. same...my left foot is also more flexible than my right foot.dont work too hard on your foot especially pushing it.if you stretch everyday it will become flexible.it takes time so dont force it or you might injur yourself.you're not going to make it flexible in one day. hope this helps.
