If you have had to loose weight or follow a good diet for your art then what are your excersise and cardio schedules??

  1. well I'm a vegan and I was doing ballet classes from 4:00 till 8:00 yeah 4 hours I know but I'm really skinny but I don't do ballet to stay skinny I do it because I want to be a pro and because I love it =^..^=


  2. i think it sort of depends on wat sort of diet youll be going on.... youd proabably get a schedule of some sort wen you go on the diet from or doctor your who ever anyways...

  3. i've just done the routines for ballet over and over and over again and slowly your body begins to change plus i do about 50 crunches, 20 star jumps, 10 ladies push ups plus stretches a day  

  4. it depends on how much weight or how good a diet you want. it also depends on the person because everybody is different. my friend looses weight like that and it takes me ages and i have to try really hard. A healthy diet generally consists of fruit vegetables lean meat eg chicken and fish nuts and dairy products but also red meats give you protein umm i go running and walking a couple times a week and i ride my bike almost everyday, this doesn't make me loose or gain weight but it keeps me fit i guess. but like i said everyone is different.
