Ballet????

well i started ballet this year and i am kind of fat. i am the only person in my recreation ballet class who wears my leotard under my clothes how can i loose weight???

  1. Skip ropes burn lots of calories.

    Swimming and jogging are good ways as well.

    Maybe you can cut down on snacks, and focus only on meals like breakfast, lunch and dinner. Don't overeat in such meals as well, keep it a balanced one and don't eat too much. Avoid sugared drinks if possible and replace with plain water (iced if you cant resist cold drinks). If you're only slightly hungry for meals, then simply take some fruits or salad (w/o cream).

    Yogurt is a good choice also.

    Exercise more, and work hard on it.

    You cannot be thinking of slimming down but yet snacking much and lazy to exercise. You got to work hard for your goal.

    Hope this helps and you can slim down to look better in ballet.

    But actually don't feel bad, it's okay to be fat to dance.


  2. do you like fruit this combined with ballet and other exercize such as swimming jogging etc would do the trick make shure you cut out all snacks and have good portion control hope this helps. p.s to lose wait you have to really want it and work for it.
