Ballintotty favourite for the Bags Sis Easter Bunny Stayers Heat 2
Ballintotty has been rated as favourite for the Bags Sis Easter Bunny Stayers Heat 2 at Hall Green in England on Wednesday, February 29, 2012. The winning greyhound will receive a cash prize of £200.
A total of six runners will take part in the 645 metres flat race and their names are: Ballintotty, Skilful Liza, Dukes Jester, Express Velvet, Killishin Apple and Gneeves Pearl.
The bookmakers have given the best odds to Ballintotty, trained by A. Jenkins. He has been a touch inconsistent over the past few events, but victories have not dried up for him, which is why the punters will be interested in placing bets on him.
The black dog ran extremely well in his last outing at Hall Green, winning the race by a decent margin. He has proved to be dominant in the longer distance races, as he has got terrific stamina. He is the son of Brett Lee out of Coolavanny Kate and was born
in June 2009.
Skilful Liza, trained by S. Deakin, will also be a force to reckon at Hall Green. She has done a pretty decent job in her most recent outings, as the last couple of them have been victories for her.
Considering the recent form of Skilful Liza, the punters will be encouraged to place more bets on her compared to anyone else. She has the winning momentum with her and this might help her win again.
The black b***h is the daughter of Tyrur Ted out of Loskeran Dee Jay and was born in August 2009.
Another greyhound, who has earned the confidence of the bookmakers, is Dukes Jester. He might find things difficult in this class, but his recent showings at Hall Green have been quite impressive.
C. Andrews’ trained dog will have to be at his very best in order to match the top two favourites of the race. He has the ability to make a solid impression and the bettors might take some risk by investing money on him.
The blue dog is the son of Westmead Hawk out of Loughnatousa Kim and was born in August 2008.
The other three runners Express Velvet, Killishin Apple and Gneeves Pearl might not find things easy today, as they will be up against some quality greyhounds. However, nothing can be accurately predicted in any form of racing and anyone of them might spring
a surprise in the end.
