Ballyhill Sub to be dominant in the Sis Live Top Dog Deal A3 525 Final at Shelbourne Park
The Grade A3 Sis Live Top Dog Deal A3 525 Final will be hosted by Shelbourne Park over 525 yards flat on Wednesday, 9th May. Participating in the race are Ballyhill Sub, Swanley Champ,Tyrur Jonfrancis, Forest Rhythm, Matts Maldini and Slip The Genie. The prize money set for the race is €800.
Ballyhill Sub is one of the most competent contenders and is lightly raced through the season. Droopys Scolari’s two-year-old black son out of b***h, Olympic Audrey, has raced four times through the season and has been successful in bagging half the starts.
He shot off with getting drilled at Dundalk over 437 yards on 23rd February and completing the trip in 22.40 seconds.
His first race was on 15th March and but he could not claim it as the winner, Crack Away, led by four lengths and took 18.01 seconds to conclude the race. He did not wait very long for striking a race and took the chance that came his right in the next start.
He was the 4/6 favourite winner of the Grade A3 Sis Live Top Dog Deal A3 525 Semi-Final on 2nd May at Shelbourne Park over 525 yards. He raced through the track distance in 29.22 seconds and led the runner up of the race, Forest Rhythm, by three and a half length.
She timed the track distance in 29.50 seconds. Coming at terms with the third position was Matts Maldini.
Till yet his last try during the new season was in a 525 yards race on 5th May however, he was declared not raced. Barnish Booth was the winner of the race who clocked the track distance in 28.95 seconds.
He will race the fifth outing of the season tonight and has quite high chances of winning.
Another note worthy entry for the race is Slip The Genie, Blackstone Gene’s two-year-old brindle daughter out of b***h, Westmead Aoifa. She was victorious in the very recent race that was in the Grade A3 Sis Live Top Dog Deal A3 525 Semi-Final on 2nd May at Shelbourne Park.
She was entered as the 2/1 joint favourite and timed the track distance in 29.47 seconds while leading the runner up, Tyrur Jonfrancis, by two lengths.
